Funcionaba muy bien hasta que un día se quedó bloqueado en la pantalla de inicio de repente, solo lo teníamos 6 meses...
Worked for a few weeks and then stuck on the byybuo boot screen.
No option to contact support and no instructions on how to reset the frame.
Stuck in a loop trying to switch on.
There is no real support information anywhere (the reset button is not labelled and is hidden inside the headphone socket!). Despite spending days searching for that and doing a factory reset / wipe, still stuck in the same loop.
I would happily put a new firmware version onto an SD and sort this myself, but you cannot even download that.

I just got my frame for Christmas and it already stopped working! Don’t buy
We love this photo frame. Bought as a present for elderly grandparents and all family have the app so we can update them with photos of our lives. My cousins can send photos from Australia. The automatic sleep mode is great as they don’t have to worry about turning it on and off. The photos automatically update. Photo quality is great and the screen is a very generous size. So great we bought a second one for my parents.
The only thing I wish it did was automatically fit the photos to the screen as you have to manually do this at the device.
